Acquisition of the trade and assets of AIS Countdown Ltd
As
of 3rd March 2008 Critical Environment Solutions Limited acquired the
trade, assets, and goodwill of AIS Countdown Ltd.
As
part of the acquisition all cleanroom garment service contracts and
consumable supply agreements have been formerly assigned to Critical
Environment Solutions Limited.
The
terms of the acquisition will ensure that the transfer of your garment
service will be seamless and that Critical Environment Solutions will
continue to provide the highest quality service provision from its laundry
facility in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Sales
order enquiries and processing will continue to be via your normal point
of contact. Your business development team will remain unchanged and
